What kind a tread life would Duratrac tires give with 80% of the time on pavement ?

My buddy has the duratracs they are really good off roading but they are wearing really quick on the road has had for only a few months and half tread but he is also pretty rough with it off road.

He has had them a few months and is already at half tread????

holy maccaroni I hope mine last a lot longer than that

From what I have read, you can easily get 50,000 + miles out the the Duratracs!!! wich is good IMO!!!

These poor tread life comments make me laugh. Its ALWAYS a friend of a friend of a friend that gets poor tread life. I towed 20K with a dually and they looked great. I think the guys with the bad stories all have bfg at's which are the competition for duratracs.

I understand and I am just looking for a tire that will last around 50,000 miles based on my driving pattern. Tires aren't cheap and for them to only last 20k won't work since I put 15k on per year.

I was hoping to get longer mileage reports on the Duratrac so I could order them this week.
