Has anyone replaced the stock plastic front skid plate?
anyone have pic's of thier new front skid plate?

You mean that ugly airdam? It's not a skid, and I ripped mine off a few minutes into my first trail.

Default Off Road 4x4

I replaced that plastic 'thingy' with some plate steel from Body Armor 4x4, it covers the important parts and looks cool too.

Default Front Skid Plate replacement

I used an AEV skid plate. It mounted to my factory bumper. I took it off when I replaced my front bumper though so no pictures. Sorry. It covered the sway bar disconnect nicely.

My custom bumper mounts to the hanging crossbar and covers the swaybar disconnect

I have the BODY ARMOR Skid Plate and BODY ARMOR bumper set up but you can buy the skidplate seperate for like $100 bucks. I painted the bar behind the skid plate to make the cut out words show more.
