I did a search and couldn't find a thread with all the different brands. I know Xenon, BW, RR, and EVO all have flat fenders; but what are some others? Feel free to post pics of your rigs with them on. Front and side pics are definitely helpful.

 

Bushwack Flat Fenders here... love them just make my JK look like Dumbo due to stock 32's. Next upgrade is 35's with beadlocks.

Ive had the Xenons, didnt care for them at all. They started sagging after less than a year. I hear they now have a bracket that helps prevent that. I now have the Poison Spyder flares. Metal and very heavy.

 

I am not the biggest fan of my xenons and have often thought about going steel
Downfalls to steel
Not to many companies make them legal for us with full width laws and I like leaning my jeep on a rock or jeep to get around an obstacle the xenons are very forgiving
I don't think the steel will be
So it's personal preference

 

Poison spyder and River Raider are the ones I'd look at long and hard.
It is the way I'd go but I have expedition style (and name) bumpers

Slap on some primer then bedliner and call it good

 

Warrior have steel flats fenders also, on their website. I put the rears on last weekend, damn strong fenders, but I didnt like the way it mounts to the JK bodywork, so I'm fabbing an inner skeleton bar to secure them to.

 

Defintely not forgiving. If I hit something hard enough, I already know there will be damage to the Jeep itself instead of the fenders. The bracing for the front fender left a lot to be desired. I really like the way the rear fenders installed.

 

How is that pls ? The rear warrior fenders attach with expansion nuts into holes in the rear fender area bodywork.

 

Compared to the front, the support brackets fit nicely behind the rear quarter panel. The only drawback of both the rear and front would be the use of nut retainers. If youve never used them before, like me, I had a difficult time getting them installed correctly. After a few attempts I learned to not over crank them, yet crank them down enough that they didnt spin once I was bolting down the fender. And if you didnt do a good job aligning and marking your holes, it makes for a difficult install.

Overall, the rear fenders really go well with the JK. They look like they should have been stock.
