Do somebody else notice that the JK 2010 2 doors have only 8 body attach instead of 10 for the 2007-2009 ? I guess that the Unlimited 2010 have 10 instead of 12 ?

I installed my body lift yesterday and I was surprised to see that my 2010 have 8 attach..

Now I have 2 extra pucks ! Buy 4 body lift and get one free !..

Did somebody else notice that change compared to older model ?

 

i've heard other say as much about the 2010's. no real suprise as subtle changes like these are made all the time. just between 2007 and 2008, there was a change in the type of bolts used too.

Yeah.. I'm aware of the different bolts size between 2007-2009 but removing 20% of the body support may sound a huge subtile change to me..

No need to worry about this "improvement" on 2010 JK's ?

the rear washers are bigger too.

 

This is nice to know that would kind of freik you out extra stuff is never a good sign... what body lift did you use.

 

I got a RC 1.25" but like I said, every manufacturer have a 10 block kit for the 2 doors..

Like WOL said, they have changed the layout on the 2010. and curiously, they have removed 2 of them.
