Default TF spacer 2.5" vs. coil 2.5" lifts??

Which will keeps it's height over time? Is the coil spring lift taller overall? Mods, please move this, I put it in the wrong spot.

The coils will settle very slightly over time, but then again so will the stock coils. Regardless, the coil lift will be taller, ride much better, and better articulate.

Edit: ...and yes, this should be in the modified jk section unless you're asking for pictures of the two lifts.

Well, I didn't have the TF BB (mine was an RC), but the change was essentially the same once I installed the TF 2.5" coil lift. On my four door, with all of the mods weighing down everything (check list in signature), the coil lift was 3/8" taller on the front and 3/4" taller on the rear.

So assuming that the main reason you wanted the 2.5" lift was for clearance of 35" tires, would it make sense to purchase the BB rather than the coil lift? How was the difference ride quality between the two on the highway?

I'm running 33s and I had minor rubbing with the BB and the wheels/tires described in my signature. I no longer have any rubbing since installing the coil lift. I did not notice any difference in street ride quality, but I'm not particularly sensitive to that (IOW, I prefer a stiff, somewhat bumpy ride). I think for 35s you'll have to be more specific, especially about your wheel offset/backspacing. Ask a specific question and I'll bet someone can chime in with their personal experience with that same (or very similar) set-up.
