Default Towing Basket

Here is what I made this yesterday and today for half the price then i could buy a cheap cheesy one. Can get 4 adults standing on it, and they are big adults not those skinny ones!

I know what you mean.

About 20 years ago, I welded up a receiver bike rack. It had been about 15 years since I had done any welding, and I forgot about setting the amps according to what is being welded.

After I was done, I didn't think it was safe to carry a bike, so I took it to my neighbor, who was an expert.

In the nicest way he could, he said, "I sure wish I'd gotten to this thing before you did!"
A grinder and some touch-up welding made it much better. (Thanks, Geroge. RIP.)

edit to add:

Nice job on the basket. It looks better than factory.

Added receiver at the back so I can haul my back rack at the sametime or whatever amd added a bracket for my portable ice fishing house to keep it off my spare tire cover. will post some pictures after paint is done.
