Default Aftermarket Cold Air Intake

Who on here has an aftermarket cold air intake on their Jeep? Is it worth the purchase? Do you notice any significant difference in power, fuel mileage, etc? If you got one what brand do you have? K & N, AEM, Airraid? I see that 4wd.com has 20% off the whole site so I was thinking about taking advantage of that? Any input would be great. Thanks everyone!

I purchased the AirRaid CAI

and it made no noticable differences in performance.

Only sound was the noticeable gain.

The intakes on modern engines generally provide more air than the engine can use. A CAI is way down the list of things I'd waste money on.

Especially so considering the amount of guys thet hydrolock their engine while running one.

So it would probably be better to save my money and go for a superchip flashpaq?

i dont think one mod is going to make you satisfied.

you're going to feel a little difference if you stack an exhaust, cai, and a superchips programmer.

besides from all that, theres nothing to performance gains with these things.
