Default UK side maker lights!

Im in the Military and when my Jeep got shipping to the UK I had to get a light conversion done. I noticed that the UK spec Jeeps had a side maker that protuded out from the fender. I thought they looked different and got a couple for mine. The front and side markers are JUST blinkers due to the light conversion and the protruding side light helps with being seen in the roundabouts over here. They require white parking lights in the front, hence the small white lights inside the grill area. Tell me what ya'll think.

FYI Mopar part # 1-55077895AD & 1-55077894AD, thats left and right not sure which is which but it DOES make a difference.

Ya, they looked different to me and I liked them. It cost me about 12 pounds each which is about 16 dollars each. Not bad for an OEM part.

I believe you could buy clear parking lights for the front blinkers other than that looks good

Default jeeps in the UK

there are jeeps in the UK?!?! i have been over here (Coventry) for a week now and the closest thing i have seen to a jeep was a defender equiped with overhead lights, roof rack, and a snorkel. i'll be here for another week so i'll keep my eyes open. i really wanted to see the euro version in person.

Jeeps have very low sales in the UK, like 1000 a year or so.

Here's Fifthgear comparing the JK against a Willy's. The major difference between the Euro and US version is the availability of the diesel engine and the ginormous front bumper.

Default Conversion...

I just got my Jeep over here to the UK. Where did you get your light conversion done? I've priced a few around Lakenheath and was quoted around $400...
