ugh, thats messy. you can try drilling small holes in the back of the bumper (take it off the jeep first of course) and using something with a flat edge to push it in - but the plastic is pretty tough so you may just want to go to the for sale section here and buy a cheap one from someone that got an aftermarket one

Good luck either way!

That is very different than our US model ones. Is that license plate bracket relocation plate there stock or did you add it? I assume you have longer plates than us and maybe your plate is on the bumper?

Anyway, I would unbolt the bumper (and unplug) and remove it. Lay it on some grass or maybe carpet. Then hit it from the inside with a rubber mallet or plastic dead blow. Or whatever else fits in there.

When i did that, I just cut a small hole in the bottom and pushed it out clean, you cant see the bottom unless you duck down anyways, plus its a free fix

Drill a small hole in the bottom of the bumper take a blow drier and heat the damaged part up then take a air compressor and take the air chuck and put it in the hole you drilled then blow it out with the air. It will pop out like magic!
