Tool to convert to 5 on 5.5
At one point we had the Spyn-Tec front end and needed to convert our rear Dana 44 axles to 5 on 5.5 to match the front. I designed this part to help with drilling but never made it in our machine shop.
It can bolt to a rotor, locating on the small bosses, and use a drill bushing to drill the rotor.
It can also bolt to the axle, locating on the countersinks, and use a drill bushing to drill the axle.
If anyone wants the CAD files I can Email them.
