Default KM2 Tread wear

A lot of people ask about tread wear. This is my experience. The JK has 40K miles, and I rotate the spare every time I rotate the tires, so I guess I really have about 32K on each tire, roughly. Hope this helps someone decide about this, or another tire. I will buy more of these when needed.

I liked my KM2s just fine, but they wore rapidly on the rocks and tended to chunk too... of course regular rock crawling is decidedly hard on just about any tire...

I have some chunks as well, but I think that's to be expected of any tire on sharp rocks. I don't think the rubber on the KM2 is at fault here.

The bulk of my driving is around town and highway as my Jeep is my DD. I like the way these ride on and off road.

I don't know what's at fault as I have found MTRs don't chunk like the BFGs did, however, I agree with you, the KM2 is a fine all around tire.

Glad too read this I just installed my 35" KM2"s two weeks ago. I also liked the ride on the highway and also did some off roading in Colorado they did fine!
