Default AEM CAI install help: IAT wire tension

Just installed the AEM CAI. Pretty straight forward install, except for hooking back up the IAT wire. It seems there is an awful lot of tension on it. Is this normal? I'm including a picture. Thanks.

I didn't have a problem with mine. Maybe try to pull the wire some more? It could come out a bit more.

you can always splice the wires, extend them by soldering.
