Default Issues W/ 3'' Teraflex lift W/ 8 flex arms on a two door.

Fishing to see if anyone else has run into the same issues. I have installed degree shims under the back springs to get them away from the track bar. I do have adjustable upper & lower flex arms. No matter how I adjust the flex arms the spring perchs are further back now. The springs are not strait. I have the pinion set pointing up at the T case around 10%. After talking with Teraflex I am going to relocate the spring perchs. Something that would have been nice to know when I first installed the lift. Hopefully the springs will straiten out some & I can get rid of the degree shims that add a little lift to the rear. I have also noticed that the bolt head for the rear sway bar link comes into contact with the shocks. There is a very small dent in the bottom of the shock know. Also the sway bar links come into contact with the plates welded behind the rear axel. I adjusted the axel forward a little with the lower flex arms. I have 1/8'' gap between the links & the plates at normal ride. It looks to me like it would work better if I moved the top of the sway bar link back some. Not much room on the passanger side due to track bar bracket. Any ideas, should I consider an aftermarket sway bar set up?

A TeraFlex rear adj. trackbar will get you better clearance on those rear coils. If you get a chance, email me some pics of the areas of concern. I'll be back in on monday.

He is talking about wheel base being increased not the axel being off center.

it looks like the spring wedge may be on the wrong side.

Umm, not enough light in the first pic, second pic looks like your swaylinks are installed on the inside of the mount, they should be outside and out side of the swaybar. This is the majority of your prob. Take them off and re-install on the outside. You should be fine then.

Are you saying that the springs are arching because you rotated the axle or because the TF arms moved your entire axle back to far and won't adjust back to factory ??

You running a CV driveshaft ??

I went with JKS perches on mine ... mine were arching because I rotated axle for CV Driveshaft angle.

Umm, just to add my 2cents on this, if the pinion angle is good, and the tracbar is not dinging the springs, a little spring bow isn't enough to worry about.
