Default Death wobble ****please help****

Long story short I broke my axle housing on a JK Rubicon unlimited. I replaced the housing, bent axle, ect. Took it out for a test and death wobble like crazy. I then took it to a 4x4 shop to get aligned and they had no luck. They advised to replace the tie rod, drag link, track bar, stabilizer, balanced all for wheels, and even put factory wheels on it to test and STILL no luck. It only does it between 40ish and 50ish. The alignment did help but it only seems to do it after sitting for awhile. I'm lost any ideas anyone?

Sorry I should have added that it has a 3" Teraflex lift on 35's. I also have the quick disconnects for my sway bar.

First need to check the torque on your track bar and the rest of the suspension parts that you removed or adjusted when replacing the axle. Also check the ball joints.

I will get under the jeep in the morning and check the torque specs of it all. And now for a dumb question I will kick myself for asking once its answered but what would you torque the ball joints to? I'm sure its on there just not worded the way I'm looking for

It's possible that when the shop re-installed the axle and removed the bolts for control arms , trackbar, etc. That they did this on a lift with the suspension drooped, and hit everything with an impact. This is not the proper way to torque the suspension, if you do it like that when it's back on the ground, the bushings will have a sort of pre-load or bind on them. I suggest you loosen( don't take bolts out) both the upper and lower CA's and both bolts on your trackbar , bounce the front of your jeep a few times and then tighten everything to spec while it's on the ground

Most shops won't put it on the ground to torque it, that means they have to lay on the ground. If they wanted to lay on the ground they wouldn't buy lifts. You need to loosen everything up, bounce on it a few times, then torque everything to spec.

In addition, your ball joints torque should spec 75-85 ftlbs, it's not on the torque list on here I dont believe.
