Just check out the install instructions. Look close at the pic showing the install of the screws....... There is no flat space between the screws for the stock rubie rail to be bolted up. Safest bet, call Bushwacker customer support.

i got onto an online chat at quadratec and they told me that "its not recommended for people with rails" ... but i looked at a couple different pictures i could find and it looks like they left holes for the support bolts to go through... so i went ahead and ordered it..ill post up pictures this week when it comes it
I have seen those Bushwhacker rocker panel protectors and I like how they bolt under and cover the ugly pinch seam, but I am concerned that if I put those on my Jk it will just give a place for dirt and debris to get in and rust up my paint job....At least that is what an autobody tech told me usually happens when you put stuff like that on a vehicle. He said it's not a good idea, especially on a vehicle with a good paint job as it is. Anyways, I really don't think those panels would work with the original Rubicon side rockers just because they are bolted right up where the Bushwhacker armor would get bolted. It would probably work well with the Rugged Ridge side armor that I have on my Jeep because the side armor bolts up front underneath and out of the way. Maybe there is a way to seal up the Bushwhacker panels with silicone or something to keep dirt out, but I don't know. I figure my best bet is to cough up the money and just get my rocker panels sprayed with Line-X when the time comes that I feel it needs it. I can get them sprayed from the bottom pinch seam all the way to the first set of door hinges and that would give ultimate protection from rocks flinging out of the tires and careless people that scratch my paint with their boots and shoes. The downside to getting the Line-X is that it is fairly expensive.
