Default AZ Jeeps with LineX or Herculiner'd Tub

I've been wanting to LineX the tub for a while but I wanted to know how the summers were with the LineX instead of the carpet. Is there noticeable heat with the carpet out?

Thanks

I have my CJ-7 tub lineX grey if your bare foot you can't put your feet on the floor.I put the sound insulation on the other side helped quite a bit with the heat and the sound. But the jeep does have a 383 stroker chevy.

You can PM WMorrison, TonyT or Rde2rok. They are all local Phx guys on this site who have lined tubs.

I have a monstalined tub and must say it gets too hot during the summer months. Too hot to drive with flip flops so its wise to keep your front carpet. Can't really comment on the ambient temperature in the cab since the A/C has always sucked with the soft top.
