I dunno if this will help but I think its the longest superchips flashpaq thread on the forum. Im sure there has got to be someone on there that has had your issues. Or you could just email Superchips... Anyhow here's the link

Superchips has good technical support. You can call them at 888.227.2447. Just have your computer and the flashpaq with you when you call. They will probably have you try to synch it with their system. You can also PM Scott. His user id is: Scott@Superchips. He's helped me in the past.

Hope all works out.

i thought it was the battery when i went to work so when i came home i grabbed some jumper cables to get it going, still no go. im thinking it might be alternator or the computer isnt telling the alternator to turn to get the car going. i will try contacting superchips today once i get home from work thanks for the info.

Did you get this resolved? Kinda scary thread to find when I'm supposed to be getting my Superchips tomorrow.

Definitely get a hold of Scott.. Did you try to hook your controler back up to the computer and redo the upgrade thing. As soon as you connect it in the USB it should start to update. let it do its thing and see what happens when you reconnect to your jeep. when you call Scott have your controller # handy and you Vin # handy you will need both.

The alternator Wont turn itself, it is belt driven. Is the jeep turning over or does it do nothing? Does the radio and dash lights etc. come on when you turn the key on?
