Default What are the best 35" mud tire for DD

I am looking to get some tires when I upgrade to 35s..
I wanted km2s but they run small I heard, should I get 37 km2s so that it will be 35s

Or should i just get a different tire?

I've never owned the KM2 but lots of people on here swear they are great. They do run small. Expect anyone's 35 to be between 33 to 34.5 mounted on the Jeep. 35 inches is what the tire measures un-mounted.

I'm running the Cooper 35's. They clean out great, great for daily driving and were bought at a great price. They measured 34.25" on the Jeep on stock wheels.

There are tons of threads on this subject on here. Good luck.

I am running 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers and they are a sick tire! Great on trails. I commute 25 miles to work and they are by far the quietest MTs I have owned. The Duratrac I had on my TJ and they are also a great tire!

Your going to get a lot of feedback!

I'm running the KM2 35x12.5 on 17" AEV Pintlers and they run at about 34" @ 30 PSI.

Having said that, they're perfectly fine as my DD, I don't have any issues with them. It was a complete downpour yesterday and they handled perfectly fine.

Also running KM2s on my DD. Very pleased with them. They did well on snow and ice today, too.

I just put 33" KM2's on my Rubi a couple weeks ago and it's the quietest MT I've owned. We got our first snow yesterday (over 6"s) and it froze to ice last night. The tires did better than any other snow tire I've ever owned.

I'll second the 35" Nitto Trail Grapplers. I've poured over review after review most saying the same thing.. awesome. They offer an aggresive mud tire look with low road noise. My 35"s arrive today.

Look at the Cooper STT's for a good aggressive, good wearing Mud-tire. Also, one of the lighter & less costly M/T's on the market. I am bumping up to 35's this spring and I am going with the STT's again as my 33's have been fantastic for wear & traction in all conditions except ice! They have been just as good as the Toyo M/T's for wear but much lighter and cheaper!

I'm running 35" Fierce Attitude MT's. They are an offbrand made by GoodYear and have been thrilled with them so far. In addition, since they are an offbrand, are much cheaper than Mickey Thompsons, Nitto's, BF Goodrich, etc. I got mine at a local station for $240 a piece out the door. Not bad compared to the $320+ price tag for most 35's if running a 17" wheel.
