i think it is a mopar off road rear bumper??? is it?

and how did they remove the vents on the back of the tailgate?

 

It looks like a Mopar to me as well. I believe the vent slots are still there, just hard to see in this photo. You need the vents and there would be no way to eradicate them as I can see. I like the way it looks however.

 

thanks alot! i am not planning on changing the vent set up. i just thing the stock rear bumper looks terrible without a spare...and i like the way this one looks without a spare. i will be buying this as soon as the jeeps paid off this summer! thanks!
