Default ARB 35 spline locker in front axle

Iam upgrading to the ARB set up due to being denied any more factory lockers. Lol. Going with RCV axels. Iam just wondering if anyone else has done this upgrade. Iam going to sleeve it while its apart. Any tips for me? Thanks

I do not think you can sleeve it with 35 spline shafts? Maybe I am wrong.

Actually after talking to RCV and getting thier axel diameter I am haveing a set made with. 110 clearance. That is almost. 040 than they recomended. So its doable. May not be as thick as what's out there but its better than nothing. Iam going to drill and weld it in place.

Is there a reason I don't know about? That's why I posted this.

Have you thought about external sleeves?

Any bend in the axle tube could be a big problem.
Why can't you get another factory locker?

I had this set up in my front axle and liked it. I couldn't do internal sleeves because the shafts couldn't fit through the sleeves, but Im sure you can make sleeves that will fit whatever you need. Some slightly thinner inner sleeves and a nice truss, will be strong enough. You will like the rcv shafts. I beat on the front axle hard and it never had a problem. Im talking front axle hopping, throttle down, all 4 tires smoking, and I never heard a peep out of it.

I have been threw 5 and jeep will not give me anymore. The price of the factory locker is the same as a ARB set up and its beefier
