Default Rugged Ridge hinge overlays.

Well if there is one thing for sure. I can tell you that jeep puts the door hinges on super tight! I just tried to add my rugged ridge overlays and couldn't remove the original bolts. I have the 50 torx. Does anyone have a suggestion besides a standard socket wrench and man power? Both my buddy and I tired to remove them to no avail. Any ideas? I think I might have to have a friend with an airgun do it?

i was thinking he might have an air tool or "hammer gun/drill" to get them out easier, i was cranking on it by hand with a little socket wrench :/

I repainted mine with black "trim paint". Cheap, looks good.

Nooooo. No air tools. Use a half inch with the 50 torx that should do it.
