What lift height and brand of lift are you looking at?

first rule of thumb, don't ask advice from a jeep store as their whole job is to get you to spend more money with them. to answer your question, i think you need to first ask how big of a tire do you want to run and what kind of trails are you hoping to play on. we can go from there

This forum will give you much more honest answers you just have to look for them. I put on a 2.5" Teraflex coil/shocks lift. I kept the stock wheels, but put on 295/70R18 Nitto Trail Grapplers which equate out to 34.6" x 11.5" tires. This required me to get wheel spacers and find another way to mount my spare tire to my tailgate. After 4 months on a MBRP relocation bracket I popped a weld in my tailgate and it was rattling.

Also, you really shouldn't need to pay for an install. Ask around on the forum and get some help, Thats what I did.

Give more specifics on the tire size and off-roading desires and you'll get plenty of input on what you need.

Stickied to the top of this modified area are some FAQ's. In the suspension area, you will find some good info on recommended components.

Your best bet is to do a little research and figure out what all of the different components do so that you can decide which you will need, which you will want, but can wait on, and which you can do without. But as the others said, a lot depends on your budget and the actual lift height.

IMO not the best lift for you. You don't need 3 1/2" lift to run 35" cam bolts will cause you nothing but problems. If you want to go 3 1/2" do a 2 1/2" lift with a 1" body lift. BTW if you have a auto you run the risk of tearing the boot on your front drive shaft with a 3 1/2" lift. To get the full benefit of any lift you're gonna need sway bar disconnect also.

Take a look at this one
http://www.roughcountry.com/jeep_jk_3-seriesII.html

This is the one I went with and love it, comes with spacers for the skid plate so you don't tear your drive shaft boot and no cam bolts. You may want to get the Dual Steering Stabilizer also. Just my 2 cents.
