Default Rubi unlimited and 37's

So I am working a deal on a 2010 Unlimited Rubicon with a 6sp. It has a 3.5" RK lift and 37's. I wheeled my Sahara with 35's for three years with no problems. My driving style is pretty conservative. My question is should I have the front d44 gusseted and sleeved? or will I be okay with it stock?

Def gusset the Cs.
As far as sleeves go that will all depend if the JK you are looking at is geared for the 37s. Here are two options for you:

1. If geared for the 37s then you can have an outer sleeve welded on ie rockslide engineerings and the gussets done

2. If you have to regear then do the gussets and inner sleeves and if you want do the outer sleeve too.

Depends on your budget.

No budget - gusset

Some budget - outer sleeves or custom (thin) inners. (this will allow you to move to a 35sp ARB when your stock locker takes a dump)

Bigger budget - sell it and get a PR44
