Default A crowbar

If I am hearing you right your saying the frame side relocation bracket's track bar opening is too narrow for the trackbar? If I remember right this may have been the case for mine as well. A pin-bar,crow-bar, piece of pipe or any simple lever that increases your mechanical advantage sufficent to a force capable of spreading the bracket apart will work. HAHAH basically just use a bar to spread the bracket apart, but just go easy so you don't over due it. I just made it slightly wider and then tapped it home with a hammer. When you torque the track bar bolt you will close it back up any way but no use making a weak point in it. Good luck.
