Would I need axles if I put 35's and install a tera 2.5 lift kit on my 2011 rubicon 2 door?.

I'm gonna regear to 5.38's...just for power..

New axles wouldn't hurt, but you should gusset first. And then, depending on how you use it, you would consider alloys and sleeves.

Not until you break them. You can expect to get a lot of mileage out of the stock driveshafts at that lift height.

Hmmmm... there's no mention of this in the lift instructions.

Your Rubi D44's should be fine... 35's are a very popular upgrade for the JK even on D30/35 axles.

Rolling on stock axles now, haven't even regeared yet and I have that set up (coil lift). No issues yet!

Nope. No new axles. I know a guy who is running 39.5" Pitbulls on his 4-dr JK with the stock Rubicon axles and 4.10 gears. You'll definitely be fine with what you've got. If you wheel extremely hard, you can sleeve and gusset your stock Rubi axle.

If you feel a little lag in the speed and power, I'd say try a Superchips first.

I've got 35's ona d30/d44 combo. I'll be going up to 37's in the spring. C gussets are the max I would do for 35's. Internal sleeves are a waste of money IMO. Treks makes a nice truss if you feel the need for more strength. Rse makes external sleeves if you want even more on top of all that.
