Rubicon Springs in an X

Rubicon Springs in an X
I recently purchased some new Rugged Ridge bumpers... I'm concerned that the extra weight with lower/sag my Jeep.
Are the springs in the Rubicon stronger or should I go with something like OME HD springs?
And if so will I need to add the new shocks?
