Alright guys.... I just jumped off the deep end again and purchased a set of wheels and tires. I was going crazy looking at modded JK's. Went to my guys at a local wheel shop and pulled the trigger.

18x9 KMC Addicts in all black and Nitto Terra's 325/60/18. I overnighted Spidertrax 1.5" spacers just in case they rub. I think the 325's wont hit the fender but maybe at full turn hit the bump stop or inner lining. I might just go ahead and add the Spidertrax and lift 2" to clear the fenders. I like a wider stance.

Its going on my 2011 Sahara in sahara tan.

Any inputs from guys who want to slap me upside my head for getting 325's on a stock setup? Oh and will 33.42" tire fit on the stock spare rack on the back?

it will fit on the carrier. however, it is alot of weight and if you wheel hard it could break over time

315/80's are 35s, I why are you asking about 33s? I'm not certain but I'm pretty sure 325/60s are 37s right?

 

i cant remember the brand, but there is one on quadratec. ive read on here that they pretty much are a temp fix and arent as solid as they hoped though

 

Plug the numbers into any metric tire converter online, they are 33.xx

OP - Can't comment on the specific size you are looking at, but my 295/75/16 Terra's (mfg says 33.3" or so) measured out to 32" even when under my unlimited. You shouldn't have any issues at all with that 2" BB and wheel spacers, assuming you are not disconnecting?

And there are several spare tire braces on the market. But in general, they are all just bandaids. Plan on them extending the life of the tailgate, but they are not a replacement for a bumper/carrier.

 

Yes you are correct. I used a tire size calculator and it comes to around 33.43".

Yeah you know I seriously had an issue trying to decide on what set up I wanted. My initial wish was to go extreme and do a 6" suspension lift and do 37's or even 40+. But I saw this pic of the same color/model and it sat on 305/65/17 all black and looked good. Plus I am not the type of guy to sit there and mess with cars anymore. I just want to get in and drive. Plus this is more of my work car so I need it to be good on the roads. Only off roading is when I go up to the land to hunt/camp.

I will post pics tomorrow after the wheels are mounted. I hope I can use the spacers and not rub at full turn
