My concerns are quality (not naming names, but there have been a few significant posts with examples of bad quality from some of these). I realize the overwhelming majority have positive experiences. Are most of the problems gone now? Anyone installed these recentlty without problems?

I like the smooth finish like Shrockworks and PJ have (Ive got a front and rails from these two.) LOD used to have this, but I think I read it was going away because of quality concernws. What's the status? What does Rock Hard's look like?

I like the back up lights, but it's unreasonable to have to remove the bumper (fully OR partially) to replace the bulbs. What's the real story here?

I tow a small utility trailer fairly often, and I have concersn for any product that would present a legal issue if I was to have an accident while using an improper (or uncertified, or whatever) hitch. What's the bottom line here?

These are the main concerns for me. Other cheaper bumpers I'm not interested in. Other features, like closing with the gate are nice, but not a focus for me. Thanks for all the help!
