Tru-Speed recalibrator for JK?

Does anyone know if Superlift Tru-Speed Speed Sensor Recalibrator works on our JK's?!?! I hear that the Dealership are not able to flash the PCM to accomodate larger tires over 32"... Is this right?

Yes about the dealers as in they can't flash for over 32" but I have no idea about the recalibrator.
