Default Best adj. control arms and more!

Guys, what is your best adj. upper and lower control arms? and why?

Also is there any information about the standard alignment readings / figures (caster and such..) for the stock OE ? maybe from the service manual? so once we lift the car we can at least get as close as possible to the OE limits?

Easier would be that I drive my stock Sahara to the tire shop and have the readings recorded, but maybe there is an easier way?

Reason I'm asking, I'm not happy with the quality of ride after the 4" lift kit on my JK. I have to redo the alignments.
