Default Flashpaq TPMS disable

Tried multiple attempts to load the program and successfully disable the TPMS on my Jeep. Insured laptop had all programs/virus block off, hardwired to router. It states that it has been loaded into my flashpaq and when attempted to load into Jeep it is not found in the Advanced options/TPMS. This has been attempted in stock and 87 tune. Made multiple calls to Superchips and still.......... waiting for a call back with an update. I know people have had problems with this but it should not be this difficult to load properly.

The tuner is VIN locked?

And when downloading, you have scrolled to the bottom of the screen and checked 'YES' (or whatever the box is) to verify the tpms disable liabilty stuff???

Yes, I did agree to the legal crap......One in my shopping cart it stated in a light gray box that it was going to be loaded and would be all set. I watch as it was loaded and it then stated it was updated and able to be disconnected. Once attached and insured the key was in the "on" position when directed it was not in the adavanced options; just the ability to adjust the pressure.

You currently have a tune loaded and it is vin locked? If not, install a tune, then go back inside and download the tpms disable, and then try it again. Also, there are two tpms downloads, one to disable, and one to 'remove' the disable. The wording is kinda backwards on them, so be sure you are downloading the right one.

The tuner is VIN locked to my JK and has been loaded the 87 tune. I have had the tuner for almost a year and no problems with the 87 tune. Just installed new tires w/out TPMS and just want to eliminate the light. I loaded online both the disable and enable on the website and agreed to the legal terms. It states that it has been successfully loaded. There is no Off-road feature in the settings once plugged in my Jeep, just the standard adjustment features. The first time I contacted SC they cleared out my multiple attempts in my Cart. Called again and stated it still would not load once starting fresh with just one time load of the Enable and Disable added to the cart. There has to be something that I am missing.......

Superchips just emailed me and advised me that I will not be able to disable the TPMS, just adjust the PSI settings. Has anyone else had this problem?

I don't have my flashpaq with me so can't check; but, when I connected it to my computer and to the Superchips site, in the superchips store was a module that disables TPMS. I "bought" it - it's free - and downloaded it.

The base software just lets you adjust the pressure. The module you download allows it to be disabled

What reason did they give for 'you' not being able to disable the tpms? It works just fine for many of us, so ask specifically what the reason is.
