Default Running 37's on budget

I just purchased a used 07 4dr rubicon. I'm looking to run 37's for as cheap as possible untill I build the jeep out.

From what i've gathered i will need:

bb
chopped fenders
trimmed pinch seam
rims with 4.5'' bs

Anything else?

This setup will be used for light wheeling and street use. I'm going to start acquiring all my one ton running gear, xfer case, suspension, engine, etc For a full on build in the future.
