Default Rough Country Tube Bumper Tow Points

ok.. so I recently purchased one of these Bumpers... Dirman and I were looking at it today and noticed the odd placement of the drilled holes to attach tow points. They are in the winch plate right behind the front hoop. now, most places around here have these tow hooks..

however, as you can see in this picture..

the hooks are mounted behing the hoop and the hooks I posted will not work. I meant to take a picture of the plate before it got dark but i didnt have a chance. does anyone know of what hooks may work on the rough country bumpers and where to get em?

I think that bumper is by Rugged Ridge, not Rough Country, and they make hooks that go right on. They're part number 11236.03. Says so right in the instructions, right?
