Default All wheel spacers the same?€

Ive seen 4 companys offfering what looks to be the same spacer just in different colors. Rugged ridge, Spidertrax, Teraflex and Alloy USA. Any one better than the other? The prices range a lot.

You're going to get a lot of praise here for the Spidertrax. This is not necessarily because the others are faulty but mostly it's because of the fact that most of us are familiar with Spidertrax's reputation and quality.

I do hope that someone chimes in with an opinion on the other brands but personally I've been running my Spidertrax for 2 years with no issues! Even my dealer doesn't give me flak for running them. Just check the studs every rotation. Hope that helps.

X2 Spidertrax. Those will be the ones I'm getting. Alot of people run these. Never heard a complaint or mishap with them. Remember you pay for what you get.

I have teraflex spacers. Not sure if all their spacers are, but mine are steel. I think spidertrax are aluminum. I've had no problem with them, they work great.

Spidertrax. When talking to my dealer about spacers I had already installed he asked what type. Brand meant nothing to him. He was more concerned with the design of them. Since the Spidertrax bolt to the rotor and then the wheels bolt to the Spidertrax he relaxed and all was well.

Some spacer range in depth. Make sure you are getting the amount of backspacing you require. I know there are 1.25" and 1.5" spacers.

Do not get the "spacers" that are just held on by the factory lugs and lug nuts. They do space the wheels out some but at the expense of safety. You do not get 100% of the lug nuts threaded onto the lugs. With these spacers it is only around 50%.

I have heard from the vendor I got mine from that the same company makes both spider trax and rugged ridge . I am running running ridge so far with out any incidence and I guess i have about 5 k on them.

Is there any advantage to running these on a stock jeep with stock tires? I'm looking for a little wider stance... also I will need these down the road.

I wouldn't be as concerned about brand as design and material. I had Rugged Ridge spacers that were hub-centric and IMHO a very good product. I have Spider Trax spacers now simply becuase when i bought them it's what was in stock. I'd be happy with either. I'm a cheap bastard but I will pay a few $$ more on something like wheel spacers to give me some peace of mind.

I ran these with stock tires and I think they look 100x better. It's the way Jeep's should have looked from the factory, not with the wheels tucked up under the fenders. I needed them when I mounted my 37's to get additional offset.
