Default 2.5 lift rims and tires?

I got a rough country 2.5 lift for my JK. Could anyone suggest rim size and tires? I was thinking 16x8 rim and 33x12.50 tires.

I have the same lift and the same size tires. It will get you off the ground a couple more inches. With that lift the 33 inch tires do still look kind of small, but not to compared with your stock wheels. However, as much as I wanted to go 35 inch tires I couldnt do it. if you do that, youre going to loose some power.. which means youd need to regear and thats expensive. Some people say they dont mind the power loss from 35's... some say its unbearable. I eventually plan on 35's once I have the money to regear. For the time being I am actually going to add a 1.25" body lift as well.

nope. those are pro comp 8179s. 16 x 8. 4.5" of back spacing so you dont have to worry about them rubbing on your calipers. if you go 33 inch tires they will stick out about 2 more inches on each side and give you a wider stance look. Once I can regear and put a better lift on I am going to buy some 35s or 37's and some cragers just for off roading.

i havent looked too much into it yet. I am at the very least a year out from ordering another set of rims and tires. I literally just got the ones I have about 3 weeks ago. If they dont have that exact size I am sure they have something very similar.
