Default Cam bolt determination

I purchased my 08 2dr used with a 2" BB already installed along with 35" tires... dumb me I know (live and learn)... so I don't know what was done to this Jeep and was looking to put a TF 3" lift with full flex arms, shocks and new monster track bar in (when money comes available)...

This is my question, reading on the forums about people taking the cheap way out with cam bolts instead of adjustable control arms, how can I look to see if this was done to my rig before I purchased it?

Thanks,
Gary
