Default Am i right?... For a newbie

I hit a bump and noticed a small death wobble. Time to tighten all suspension down to 120lbs right? I got a 4" teraflex on a 2door.

I guess it was a bump steer, I was doing bout 35-40 mph and hit some washboards on pavement, then after them my steering wheel vibrated pretty good then straightened out after a second. Still a good idea to tighten down everything I guess. Other than that small instant, my jeep handles great all the time.

You are right in wanting to check the torque on everything, but I do not believe all the components you are interested in torque to 120lbs. Specifically, I believe the upper control arms are lower, in the 75lb range...

Check this out: http://project-jk.com/jeep-jk-write-...orque-settings

That should list all the proper torque specs you'd be interested in.

Not everything gets 120lbs of torque, here is a great reference!

http://project-jk.com/jeep-jk-write-...orque-settings

That has all of the specified torque settings, and yes it is a good idea to re-torque everything after a wobble, off-roading trip, or oil change!
