Was it death wobble or bump steer? death wobble won't stop until you really slow down. Bump steer is just momentary from hitting the bump in the road. With a 4" lift you will get bump steer pretty bad until you do a drag link flip to correct the steering geometry.

You are right in wanting to check the torque on everything, but I do not believe all the components you are interested in torque to 120lbs. Specifically, I believe the upper control arms are lower, in the 75lb range...

That has all of the specified torque settings, and yes it is a good idea to re-torque everything after a wobble, off-roading trip, or oil change!
