Default Finalizing the lift... want opinions

I've read every thread going back the last couple years and want some informed opinions on what my best direction should be. I'll be in TN next week and want to put in a massive Northridge order to save on the current exchange rates.

My basic want: a low enough lift to fit and wheel 35's - given the weight-adding mods below

The patient:
2010 Sahara Unlimited - stock drivetrain

The Wheeling:
rocks & dirt. Very little mud. Current wheeling up Ardbeg and Bobcageon areas stock my only complaints have been high-centering a couple times and bashing the gas tank skid & the control arm mounts on the frame.

Mods done, or will be done at the same time as the lift:
MBRP Rock Rails - est 150 lbs
RROR full skid system - est 150lbs? (losing the existing skid plates, getting more clearance)
TMR Stubby front bumper - est 80 lbs (20 lbs more than stock?)
Titan 12k winch / synthetic line - est 60 lbs
Stock Rubicon rims & tires for now, Rubicon shocks
JKS trackbars & braces front and rear, ORE C2 gussets, Spidertrax spacers

The dilema:
Do I keep it simple with the TF 2.5" coil lift, adapters on the rubi shocks?

With the added weight of everything listed above, should I be going with 3-4"?

The Constraint:
I want the end result to max out at 7' high (damn parking garage). I think that 2.5" and 35's will get me in-just under that, possibly a hair to spare, but that would be more reflective of stock weight.

Opinions from those who have been in this position already?

I guess spacers are always an option... still enough time to check out the acos and see what I think.

Definite option for the future, but too much cargo to bring back to Canada. May be an option for another trip south before wheeling season actually starts up here.

I hear ya... but I've bashed the stock gas tank up enough that it needs a better skid... and I've read that swapping stock for the RROR system will give the equivalent of 2" larger tires in clearance.

All great feedback! Good to look at it from a different angle.

You will not have a problem clearing into a 7' parking garage. I run 37's with 5.5" of lift and can fit in. It is close, but it fits.
