I want the best bang for my buck! I am looking to lift my 4dr jk so i can fit 37s. Any ideas on what kind and where i could find one for a good price and also would i need to get a 4 or 6 in lift, and what modifications would i need to make this a decent ride because this is my daily driver?
Sawzall
2.5" BB with flats and some bumpstop
2.5-3" coils with with flats and less bumpstop
3-4" coils stock flares and some bumpstop

I think I got a fairly good bang for the buck with my suspension and the 37" tires I'm running. Here is what I did.
2.5" Teraflex coil suspension lift, with the bumpstop extensions that come with the lift. $1700
Genright aluminum flat fenders and trimmed rear pinch seem. $1000
4-37x12.50 tires, purchased new from a friend that changed his mind after buying them. $1000
4-17x8 aluminum Blackrock wheels. $520
5.38 gears, Teraflex front axle sleeves and c-gussets, install labor. $1170
Total price: $5390
And it works very well. It is my daily driver, and I go four wheeling each and every weekend. No tire rub.
An advantage of staying with a 2.5" suspension lift is you can run the stock driveshafts.

RC 2.5 BB $150
PC shocks $200
PA 2" BL $100
Cut fenders FREE
Extended bump stops FREE (built w/2" square tubing, rear)
Folded pinch seam FREE
Yes, it does get wheeled and does well. Not the perfect set up but until money grows on trees, it does the trick.
Grand total, $450.

I think the question is, are you friggin serious? You rub with 35s, and he wants 37s. And he said best BANG for the buck, not the cheapest suspension lift on the market, which is what you have. Does your lift include adjustable trackbars at both ends? Does your lift include adjustable lower control arms at both ends? Does your set up include 5.38 gears? Does your set up include sleeving and gusseting of the weak front axle? I failed to mention that I upgraded the garbage front axle balljoints to high quality aftermarket balljoints for that price. Does your set up include that? Does your set up include the cost of a set of 37" tires and wheels? Or are you going by the price of your 35" tires, which typically cost $100 a tire less than 37s.
Sure, you paid 1/5 as much, but got 1/10 as much. Where is the BANG in the buck there?

Well thats fine if you've got me beat. I would argue that the adjustable front trackbar is needed, and that at least front adjustable lower control arms are needed. I adjusted mine to increase castor from the 2.7 degrees it was after the lift with stock length control arms, up to the 4.5 degrees it is set at now. Driveability is night and day better after increasing castor. And you're pricing a set of what looks like 35" tires. Add another $400 for 37s. Oh, and don't forget the four aluminum Blackrock wheels I included.
Still, you did very well. Less than $5000 for a finished rig is excellent!

My Recipe:
I know it's a 2dr, but you can see the results:

To be fair, I do have C-gussets waiting to go on which I think were $80. I also have gears and a locker for the front, but if we're being literal the OP asked about what the best bang-for-buck lift would fit 37s. All the rest of the stuff, while certainly a very good idea, is not required just to fit 37s.
As far as total price, once the gears and lockers are installed, as well as the gussets, I'll have about $3800 into everything. But I didn't buy wheels obviously.
- Rough Country Series 2 3.5" lift $499
- 1.5" Wheel Spacers $120
- Nipped the corners of the rear pinch seams and pulled the front air dam. No rubbing lock-to-lock. $Free
- Alignment $35 (Caster was 4.0 degrees with this kit, so far the steering feels great)
