Is the Evo sleeve the best 1 out there and does it need 2 be welded in?

 

All sleeves will need to be welded in.

As far as best.... thats a matter of opinion. Lots of guys run them, and they do have outer seals built in.... but of course outer seals have their own downsides too.

That, and they are a little pricier than some of the other options out there.
