Rugged ridge light bar and winch mount

Has anyone tried to mount a winch Mount on a stock bumper with a rugged ridge light bar. I already have a the light bar and don't want to make the plunge for a new bumper yet. And I was wondering if this could work.

Just to be clear it's the light bar that attaches behind the bumper and comes up on top of the bumper in front of the grill

No experience with that but a thought...maybe try calling Rugged Ridge. They might know.
