Default c gussets and control arm skids

hey there,

I am looking at purchasing off road evo c gussets...do stock jk's have control arms on the axles? in other words...should i order the package from northridge4x4 that has c gussets and control arm skids? i dont know if i have control arms? sorry its very newb ish of me

haha ok thank you! i had read soo much about stuff you can add to your axle...so i wasnt sure if that was a add on or if that was stock on a dana 30 wrangler x axle. thanks!

Just to add a little clarification: When folks talk about installing control arms, they are talking about removing the fixed-length control arms that the Jeep comes with, and replacing them with adjustable length control arms. The adjustable length allows additional alignment possibilities, some of which may be required when a Jeep is lifted.

I was charge 3 hours ($255) for installing C-gussets and control arm skids. Does that sound about right? Seems a bit much to me.

Eh, kinda pricy, around here it can be between $25-$40 an hour for welding.

i just added off road evo axle tubes and c gussets and control arm skids and teraflex quick disco's for sway bar for $525 at cron auto (local automotive shop in mine and kntr's neck of the woods)
