Default Solid Dana 44 Diff Cover

Does anybody know if this cover rubs with the tie rod when its on the front axle? The one I have now does and I am looking for something different.

I think some people have, but I have front and rear solid diffs and no problems what so ever.

No rubbing at all with my Solid covers. Mine did rub when I bent my tie rod. You sure your tie rod isn't slightly bent?

ive talked to a few people last year at a local jeep gathering with the solid covers. two said they had rubbing issues and others said no. maybe some of the casts arent quite right.
