will 33x12.50's fit on a stock ride height on a 08 JK 2 DOOR

It will fit with wheel spacers or offset wheels. Look at the modified FAQ.

I have a 2011 2 door with 4.5" backspaceing on the wheels and have zero issues for on road driving, not sure if you would rub offroad. that was with stock height.
