Default Removing factory sway bar links

Well, I'm trying to at least! I can't seem to get the bolt that's on the axle to budge... any tips? I don't have any power tools. It's difficult getting the right angle on it, but I can't imagine lifting it to get a better angle would be a smart idea...

How old is your Jeep? You might try some WD 40

Good old fashioned dumb, brute force worked for me. I'm pretty sure I broke a few blood vessels in my brain and gave myself a small hernea, but hey, the bolts came out.

I may have encountered something similar.

My jeep is a 2010, and I've never touched the swar bar links until today. Jacking it up did help a LOT, it changed from what felt impossible, to extremely easy. Thanks for the help everyone, I'm all done!

Congrats, and don't you worry, there's plenty of other work to be done that'll injure you in some way or another. It's rare that I get done working on a vehicle and have no injury to show for it.

Yep, I scratched the back of my hand on the frame, nice big gash there.

Ended up snapping one of mine trying to get it off with an impact. All the others came off easy but one was a real bear.
