getting hardtop and got questions

Default getting hardtop and got questions

my 2dr came with only a soft top. I'm going to order a hardtop today i will be getting the wiring harness as well. will i need to do anything else to get it to fit?

you'll need the screws and anchors for around the tub, if they are separate. after its installed, you'll have to get the dealer to flash it for the rear wiper and defrost.

You will need the retainers that snap onto the Tub.
I recommend getting the quick screws if you plan on taking it off. They are cheaper and easier to deal with than the factory screws.

Be prepared to wait. JKs sales are up, and all the hardtops are going to new rigs. The wait is 6 months + last I heard for delivery. Demand is higher than supply

DAMN 6 months! that's crazy. check craig's for areas closer to you my buddy found one that way, the color was off so he just had it rhino lined but in the end doing both wound up costing him less than a brand new one.

i have been looking for 7 months since we bought it and i cant find a used one around cause only a 07-08 fits.

also where can i get the quick screws? am i going to have to drill holes in the tub for the quick screws

no drilling. the use the pre-existing slots in the rear tub. check out quadratec.com under tops.
