Default Body Lift with Levelling Kit or 2.5" Coil/BB?

Been doing some searching and not finding all the info I'm after...so maybe the jeep gurus can share their experiences & wisdom and help me out here with my 2009 Unlimited Sahara (Auto transmission).

What I'm trying to do : Get 34"-ish tires on my jeep and be able to have zero issues (tire rub, drive shaft boot tearing/etc, brake line stretching/tearing, etc) at full flex disconnected on the trail, while maintaining optimum street manners and as close to stock steering geometry as possible.

What I'm trying to avoid: Spending a ton of money on things like overpriced fender flares (and no I don't want to chop my stock ones either), control arms, drive shafts, etc. I plan on replacing the shocks when the stockers are finished (still haven't found a definitive answer as to whether or not the Sahara shocks & Rubi shocks are actually the same aside from color).

I'm looking at a few options:

1) TF 2.5" Coil Lift w/shock adaptors. Will need adjustable front track bar. $500 for coils, approx. $200 for track bar....roughly $700 total. Possible need for driveshaft/control arms in the future?

2) TF 2.5" Budget boost...will still need a frt track bar...$350 for spacer kit, $200 for track bar, about $550 total. With full flex/DC will there be any other issues?

3) TF Coil Levelling Kit & 1.25" RC Body lift - about $400 for the coils/etc, $100 for BL...$500 total. Possible need for extended brake lines or brackets?

4) TF Spacer Levelling Kit & 1.25" RC BL - $134 for Coil Spacers/etc, $100 for BL - $234. Will I need extended brake lines or brackets?

Please correct me if I'm missing anything that I'd need with those kits.

Thanks!

Any thoughts/opinions on what each build's pros & cons would be?

With a 4-door automantic, what is the absolute most suspension lift you can get before you will need to replace your driveshaft and/or control arms? Some people say 3, some say even 2.5" will tear your front DS boot at full flex disco'd...if that's the case, would then the Levelling kit/body lift option require the least amount of parts replaced to perform at full capacity?

i would get the 2.5 coil kit. i purchased spacers a few months ago and now have a rock krawler 2.5 kit in the mail. the hight is fine but now that i have a bumper and winch on order i was thinking my stock springs are going to sag.

i got the rk 2.5 stock mod from 4wd.com for a little over 400.00 and it comes with an adjustable front track bar. i will be ordering front lower control arms shortly.

With the 2.5 coil kit, you do not "need" the front track bar. Many, including myself added nothing to the kit and it performs perfect. I am running this kit w/ 35" Duratracs...
I think keeping the stock shocks and adapters allow a little less droop, lessening the chance of boot rip.

I already have a set of 17x9 Black DC-1's w/4.5" backspacing ready to throw on after i get the lift.

So a 2.5" coil kit won't need control arms & a front DS? I absolutely plan on using an adustable front track bar with a 2.5" kit, as I want the front end dialed in as much as possible. I just want to make sure that if I do get the 2.5" coil kit instead of the levelling/body lift kit combo I won't end up needing new adjustable front control arms for a new drive shaft if I'm crawling around disco'd at full flex.

With the TF Leveling Kit (either one) you can go with 34's just fine without the body lift.

Then you don't need the brake lines, brackets, etc. - $130 and you're set!
