Any of you guys have or know of anyone with this kit on their jk?

I had never heard of it.

Those lower braces really look like they'd get hung up on rocks. And that seems like a lot of welding to be doing to the axle. I already have the Teraflex sleeves & gussets, but even if I didn't I think I'd shy away from that Rusty's kit

Looks like a good way to strengthen the housing for cheap. Might be a good option for me. Thanks for posting.

Yeah, not diggin the lower gusset, but it looks like a good kit. I agree it's gonna take away some ground clearence on that side; not much but some.

Rusty's is a reputable company - know a lot of guys with older models that swear by them. I'd get this, but I can't weld, and I don't feel like paying somebody to do it.

Off Road Evolution look better to me and they are only $20 more.

Rusty's was a nice place for my CJ for parts but I don't think I would take my JK in to them.

The part you have listed are C gussets. He is talking about gusseting the axle tube (similar to a truss).

Yea I think I am going to try this out. Lucky me my girlfriends dad was a welder/welding instructor up here in AK for years and he's tought me a thing or two on the MIG welder
