Default ideas to mount foglight on stock bumper?

Hey guys, I bought a set of kc foglights and wanted to mount them where the factory tow hooks would be since mine didn't come with tow hooks. Problem is the space is so tight under there it doesn't look like I will be able to get the locking washer and nut on there to secure the bolt. Anybody have any suggestions on how I might be able to do this? Maybe a way without using the nut If possible? Thanks for any help!

I have my KC Fogs mounted on the stock bumper and it worked out just using a bolt JUST long enough to get it attached. They've been on there for over two years and have never worked loose! If for some reason you don't like the way they look or work out for you, you can get little patch plugs at a local hardware store that actually look really good when they are being used. I had the lights mounted in a different spot before I added my tow hooks and so when I got the hooks I had to move them over, and used the plugs to make it look "finished" again.

It takes a little work and patience to get them tightened up, but the compression between the bumper and the steel behind (below) it actually help hold things too.

Best of luck!
