Default Doing fender flares mode - cutting it, got few questions

Hey guys, I decided to cut my fender flares. I just did one side - driver side. But I have a question, what do you do with the turn signal blinker, do you relocate it somewhere somehow?
Also, if I see it correctly, there are two piece underline one is more of flimsy plastic that attached via plastic tree and another one is more stirdy one that attached via bolts/nuts. Do you cut both of them?

Here is the picture of the fender flare with the more rigid liner still attached to it. I'd like to keep that liner on, but what do you do with those overhanging brackets? Do you simply cut them off?

I just reused the stock marker lights and zip tied it to the body panel. There's a spot that it tucks into.

renpia, do you have a close up picture of how you did it and where you ziptied it to? I really like it.
